The Story Wrens perform traditional story songs of the British Isles accompanied by tenor mandolin, harp, whistle, cello, fiddle and other instruments. Winners of the LA Critic Awards’ “Best Folk Album 2012” and “Best Folk Band 2018.” Appearances include the Getty Museum, the Lifetime series, American Princess, and the Hollywood premiere for the Netflix series, The Witcher. Featuring Celtic harper Shawna Selline, winner of the All-Ireland contest and a guest performer with the Chieftains, and also Forrest Robinson, who played with the Jazz Crusaders and was nominated for nine Grammys.
